Exquisite Large Hand Hammered Copper Portrait Frame

Incredible dark chocolate-brown original patina and unbelievable hand hammered floral motif repousse' make this an outstanding example of Arts and Crafts design and craftsmanship. Measures 11" high by 8" wide; oval opening is 5 1/4" by 3 1/2". A period circa 1900 piece, we have not seen another like this in all our years. Craftsmanship rivals any we have seen , including the masters. Flawless condition. Remarkably, unsigned.
